17 January 2005 - New appointment: Simon Varley brings expertise of major stakeholder projects

Simon Varley FCIB has joined The Shareholder Partnership (TSP) as a director of business development and strategy. He was previously responsible for a team of 1,200 people at Capita, the support services firm, handling Europe's largest ever industrial disease compensation scheme for "vibration white fingerÓ.

In addition, Simon worked 26 years for Halifax PLC / HBOS as a senior training manager, conversion manager and head of shareholder services responsible for the UK's largest share register.
