Electronic Communications
Most companies are trying to make a protracted effort to get their stakeholders (shareholders, employees, customers) to convert to electronic delivery via email of important stakeholder information. Unfortunately, even though internet usage is at record levels and rising, take-up of electronic delivery of statements and other important material, including reports and accounts, is still relatively small. TSP's Electronic Communications programme is an end to end programme which involves stakeholder analysis, inbound/outbound customer service calls, and back-end administration for those large numbers of emails that bounce-back every year. It involves tracing and verification of Active Shareholders with the objective to obtain consent for electronic communication.

Meeting Administration
Our team of specialists have in excess of 20 years experience in the meeting administration field. We are actively involved in administering meetings for databases in excess of 120 000 members and attendees of anything between 5 and 500 people at one point in time. Our range varies from Shareholder to Unions to Medical Aid Scheme meetings. We pride ourselves from drafting the initial notice, proxy and/or election forms through to issuing the final result.

e-Voting System
Our e-Voting System adds a new dimension to stakeholder meetings. It is an interactive system that demonstrates the importance of encouraging stakeholders to attend and vote at meetings, which is considered good corporate governance for any Company. Fast and efficient technology ensures that each member's voting profile is registered electronically onto a keypad within seconds. As voting proceeds, the stakeholder is notified that his/her vote has been counted. The system will record each member's votes and display the result as each resolution closes. Our knowledge and expertise are the basis of our service and make us the perfect partner for any type of stakeholder meeting.
